actually, the backpack you're looking at from Case Logic is a great choice
it's a smaller bag than some of the others and the camera will fit nicely inside

It is! I got it and my mom "claimed" it for her camera
It has a waist strap and there's a smaller strap that connects the back pack straps across your chest for stability too
I have a Lowepro backpack too and this one is much more comfortable
Is there another backpack similar that you would recommend? I tried out the Lowepro Slingshot Edge and it was very uncomfortable

I do recommend the case logic. it's comfortable, and big enough, but not too big

It is a well known name brand
I didn't get to use the one I got very long but it seems well made
It's not stiff like a lot of the camera bags are
it's very padded for protection, but more flexible than the others I have, which was nice
