What questions do you have?
I have 3 cameras in my mind right now
First camera is this camera, second the point and shoot camera which cost 1,400.00
and third is sony full frame mirrowless camera

I just take picture for my kids, travel to Viet Nam

The one hesitation that I'd have about recommending a Sony full frame, would be the lens cost. But if the lens pricing isn't an issue for you, then I'd go for that one
They're amazing cameras. But the lenses are quite expensive
In comparison to the others that you mentioned
I have Nikon D750 along with Nikon 28-300mm, tamron 24-70 and Nikon SB-900

I just sent them to Adorama, and I hope that I can get a good deal, then I will buy a lighter set, but the I prefer automatic set up

I would go with the Sony a7 as long as you have the money to invest in lenses as I said above
The image quality is really outstanding from those cameras
But 1 thing I don't like that camera is the shutter button

I have tried Panasonic Fz3000
I don't like its noise
and I don't know about DMC G7, will it noise as bad as the FZ3000

The Sony would do much better. The G7 would do a bit better, but not as good as the Sony
please tell me the Sony which cost 1,400.00. I don't remember the model of that camera, if I buy it with the sony lens
