what would you say are the main differences between the d7100 and the d7200? i am upgrading from a d90

the D7200 has a newer, faster processor
it also has a much higher iso capability for better low light performance
the D7200 also has a faster and more precise autofocus system and built in wifi
i see, seems like a pretty big difference

I have the d7200 myself - it's a great camera!
are they any other nikon's that you think i should be looking into? less than $900

prefer something around 550$ but might go higher if its a great deal
a little bit , but not too much, but the d90 did not have great video capability

we hav ethe D7100 refurbished for 589.95
or the refurbished d5500 for 599.95
the D5500 has the higher iso capability like the d7200 but it's a smaller body
the D5500 needs AF-S lenses to have autofocus

the D5500 also has a flip out touch screen
it is a smaller, lighter camera than the D90 or the D7100/7200
we have the nikon sb900 flash will that work fine on the d5500?

it says camera kit, does that just means the lens? or do some other items come with it?

all of the camera bodies also include the battery, charger, cables, and neck strap too
ok, i'm just waiting to get the quote for the d90 and than i will come into the store sometime within the week probably

the D7100 is a higher line, but the d5500 has a lot of the newer features
