But the Nikon has a lot more focus points and longer battery life
Image quality is extremely comparable

To be honest, the gear that you have is about as good as it gets. You should be able to do just about anything imaginable with the gear that you have
is canon 50 mgp is better than A7rII?

No. I wouldn't focus on megapixels
Those only matter if you crop a lot in post processing or if you need to blow a photo up to billboard size
I do have a problem when I have to shoot in the church with low light

Have you tried using a tripod to help lower your shutter speed?
they don't allought flash,because the video streaming in it.
