What is included with purchase. Does it have any warranty? Does it come with instruction book.

Based on what it says, the camera body itself and a free Nikon WU-1A. It also includes a few other accesories like the charger, lens cap, and strap. And as far as a warranty goes there is a 90 day warranty offered by Nikon.
As a returning customer, can I get any discount. What will the optional warranty cover. Will I need a new memory card.

So for discounts unless Adorama sent you one then there is no other discounts (minus the $310 thats already been taken off the body). For additional warranty questions our customer service line will be able to give you a list as to what is covered! And it depends on what memory card you're using. What card do you own?
I have a Nikon d40, so whatever card it came with.
I might want to turn the d40 in, depending what is offered as a trade or just selling it back to adorama.

Okay cool. Memory card's are always a bit tricky..I can't say for sure if you're current card would work because i would need to the specific card size, speed, and make. You can also call our customer service line for trade in questions!
Does it matter what location I purchase from. I think I dealt with NY the last time. How can I get an instruction book.

That's another thing can help you with! If you were to call in and ask for an instruction book with your purchase then I think you would be good!
How much will a new card cost.

It would depend on what size memory card that you want. How much space were you looking for?
I am not sure. Probably the same as what the d40 came with. I know you have to see my d40 to offer a price. But can I estimate something like $500. with d40, tax included and new card.

One other quick question. You say I will like the d7100, how does it compare with the 7000 or 7200.

Well to the 7000 it's got a better sensor on it so you get better images and to the 7200 it creates a similar image but for a few hundred dollars less!
I don't know if it matters but the 7100 24 or 26 mpixels and the 7000 is 16. Wouldn't that matter.

Yes that matters! Yeah, the 7100 has shoots more pixels then the 7000 which in result gives more image detail!
