Yes, I have a Pentax K3 and shoot RAW and JPEG, my SD card takes to long to write.

What types of issues were you having? Was it the buffer of the camera? Or the card?
The camera has a large buffer, what I was experiencing was having to wait a long time after taking several picture's before I could view them.
