James S.
Hi there! How are you? I'm James. Do you have any questions about cameras? Or how about questions pertaining to lenses? How can I help you today?
yes currently have a canon sx20is purchased from you. Want to upgrade. Does the sx60 have a better image stabilizer at 65
James S.
I believe they have the same stabilizer, but let me check.
Yeah, they have the same stabilization.
images are blurry at 20x, and especially indoors. Is there a model that will eliminate that
James S.
You might want to try a tripod at that level of zoom. That goes for every camera.
traveling to Alaska and want a camera that gets me close to wildlife subjects without a tripod
James S.
The SX60 definitely has the zoom for that, but all cameras are going to have blur/shake in the image at higher zooms without a tripod or monopod.
Even multi-thousand dollar DSLR cameras.
not heard of a monopod
James S.
It's like a tripod, but only one leg, you have to hold it up, but it adds a lot to image stabilization and is really easy to travel with!
expensive?
James S.
No, they're generally pretty cheap. Let me show you some options that will work with the SX60
ok... then tell me about wifi on cameras
James S.
Okay, well wifi is used to either send photos directly to your computer via a pc/mac application, or even directly to facebook!
thanks, is there a better point/shoot camera, given my low skill level
James S.
Honestly, the powershot cameras area really user friendly. That or the line of Nikon Coolpix.
The Nikon COOLPIX p900 actually has the biggest zoom available. 83x!
canon or Nikon, which is better or rated better by users
James S.
They're about the same. It just comes down to personal preference. Like I prefer the Nikon.
why nikon
James S.
I just like their point and shoots. Easy to use, I like the layout. They take great photos.
It's funny because I have a Nikon Coolpix point and shoot but a Canon DSLR
any discounts or bundles for the coolpix
James S.
Here you are! Free accessory bundle.
looking at nikon
James S.
Okay, great. :-)
ok, thanks...looks like you have me leaning towards the nikon
James S.
Awesome! I really think you'll love it.
Especially with the extra stabilization a monopod provides!
Did you have any other questions today? Were you looking at any other products?
