Is inexpensive but how is quality?

The quality is good, even though the price is low. It's low priced because it's manual. Without all the TTL tech in it, they don't have to raise the price

I think you would need the adapter for it for either camera but our Customer Support would be able to answer that better but is closed for the weekend. I wouldn't want to tell you yes or no for sure and lead you wrong.
