Is there much of a difference between the 70-200 vrll vs vr, or is it negligible?

The VR II just has a few more stops of Vibration Reduction

The VR II has more aperture stops of vibration reduction, but the VR is really only noticeable when using shutter speeds of 1/60 or slower
ok. So, obviously if shooting with adequate lighting, it shouldn't be an issue?
