the what kind of sports?
the 70-200 is a popular option. Sony E mounts will work with your camera.
Primarily gymnastics and volleyball. Sometimes the gymnastics is somewhat low light.

this would offer you a bit more zoom range and pull back to a portrait style frame
Looks like a good option. Would there be any significant reason to consider using an adapter to bring in more options?

in that case they often work for optics but I have heard they sometimes have problems with the electronics.. some may not have af work correctly.
Ok. Thinking Sony E-mount may be sufficient and no concerns with compatibility.
