Hi! How are you? I noticed that you were looking at the Tokina 16-28mm lens for Canon?
Did you have some questions about this lens today?
GM.. I was looking for wide angle lens for Canon. I want Canon lens but don't want 2 pay. I was told about Tamron new wide lens also. Do u know anything about this lens?
Courtney B
It's a fantastic option if you don't want to pay the Canon prices
Plus you're still getting that fast f/2.8 aperture!
If you want to stick with Canon, the 17-40L is a great option as well
Is Tokina a good brand?
Courtney B
But it's only f/4
Yes, it is
Their specialty is wide angle lenses
So I wouldn't lose by getting this lens? I need a wide angle for wedding photography
Courtney B
It's not quite the same sharpness and quality compared to something like the Canon 16-35mm f/2.8
But it's an excellent value for the price!
Well have u played with Tamron's new one?
Courtney B
I have not had the chance to play with the new Tamron yet, but we've had great feedback on it!
Which camera are you using?
Canon 6D
Courtney B
Ok!
The Tamron is a great combo with that camera!
Ok... That's what I was told. But just being cheap now. I guess I'll have 2 save up for this 1
Courtney B
Yes, I would agree that would be best
The Tamron is a bit sharper and faster to focus

Courtney B
What types of things do you want to know about it?
Is it a good tripod? Would it hold the 6D with a 70-200 attached
Courtney B
Let me verify the weight
Ok
Courtney B

Yes, it holds up to 11 pounds, so it would be just fine
