does the 24-120mm F4 is a fix lens or not? If this is not a fix lens, what is the aperture range for this lens

this is a fixed aperture lens, meaning the aperture stays the same as you zoom in and out
it is f4 at the widest, but it can go as narrow as f22

on a lens that is not a fixed aperture, the aperture narrows as you zoom in so you have to change your settings more
