HI! Yes! so im using a 600D and I primarily want to shoot street photography. With the aps-c camera would the 50mm f1.8 stm be too cropped?
It's definitely going to be a bit tight for street photography
I personally shoot with a 35mm on a full frame and sometimes wish I had 24mm instead
But it all comes down to personal preference too
so then you think the 24mm efs would better suit street photos?
On a crop sensor camera, definitely

Im going to school for painting and photography. I like to use my camera to take reference photos for still lives that i then paint. I guess i would like to have an array of primes and zooms to cover the range of photos id like to take mainly focusing on street, still life, maybe some portraiture eventually. Any suggestions for my crop camera?
Do you have a budget that you need to stick to for the lenses?
No L lenses haha but other than that under 500 would be great
The Canon 85mm is great for portraiture!
And let me check on some zoom options
