what would be the distance of the 18 to 55 mm lens

there's really no distance measurement. I was just trying to get a feel for how wide you'll need
the 18-55 is pretty wide at the 18mm end, but the 11-16 is much wider
do u have any approximate measurement

with the 18-55, you should be able to shoot maybe 15 feet away
at max right

that is just a guess - it also depends on how much of the person you want in the frame
