all parts will come with a one year warranty, but we don't offer a replacement plan for these particular products
This AmpliVox S1612 seems to be a blue tooth wireless w/o a loud speaker?

correct, you would hook this with wires, to the Pyle loud speaker, the speaker won't accept just a lapel mic, it has to have a recever to get the audio, then to the speaker
then you have a wireless setup you can walk around with
