Since these are closed back head phones, do you know how well they block out noises in the environment?

Well they have a Closed ear design for maximum isolation, but they dont have any noise cancelling features so I wouldnt be able to tell you how well it works
Thanks, I'm going to think about it some more. I'm buying them for a noisy office environment. Is there another you would recommend?

its a little more expensive, but the noise -cancelling makes a big difference
