Greetings! I am Aaron & I see you're taking a look at a some great gear! Now, will this maybe for any special projects coming up? How can I assist? :-)
Hello Aaron, audio is still a big mystery to me. Is there something out there that mounts right into your dslr's 3.5mm mic port and is a wirless lav?
Aaron A.
Oh, not a problem! You got it! I would absolutely love to assist you with this today! :-) One moment while I pull up some specs and inventory for all info for reference as well. :-) One moment, here...
I'm basically a one-man-band for weddings and interviews, so a mic system that would just go strait into video I'm capturing would be great. (yes I know separate audio is the way to go- but I'm not ready for that yet- I just want better sound than the camera's mic- and better than throwing a shotgun mic on the hot shoe)
Aaron A.
Completely understand!
Just so I make sure I got my bases covered, you want a Mic system that will accompany a camera correct? :-) Sort of like a one stop shop kinda setup? :-)
yes- probably a wirless lav that the recieving end mounts on the camera and overides the camera's mic
Aaron A.
You got it. Have you thought of a boom mic option? :-)
OH, but you mentioned wireless!
You got it!
Let me take a quick look here :-)
yes, working alone... and don't want the setup- say wedding vows from 50 feet away
or following a host interviewing people at a trade show
would this be an option?
Aaron A.
Let me pull that link up!
I've been working with wedding project related inquiries this week :-)
Thank you!
:-)
