I was wondering, if I bought 2 flashes, and 1 trigger kit, will that allow me to control both flashes? or I need another receiver? Or can I use 1 on camera, and control the other remotely with the trigger kit?

yes you only need the one trigger kit. Set the other flash to slave mode
so If I had 2 flashes I could use both off camera with this kit?

ok is the Youngnuo YN600EX-RT a good flash for my Canon 6D, it seems much cheaper than canon, and I am on a budget, but I also saw there are Flashpoint flashes and others and even thought about getting a used Alien Bees or something like that. Is the Youngnuo my best bet, right now its cheap at $25 used

Yes it is a very good flash, high output and fast, also has a built in receiver so you don't have to purchase extras
do I still need the trigger kit to use it off camera??

here is a good mount for he speedlight if you would like to position it or also use an umbrella
