When you added to cart you would need to check the shipping you would need to get it in time. They do offer next day air but it cost more.
They have different shipping options available. You would just check the one you need to get it in the time frame you need the product delivered in

There one that has the transmiter included on the flash

The flash has the receiver built in, but you would still need a way to send a signal to it when off-camera. That is what the transmitter is for. The transmitter attaches to your camera to send the signal to the flash
It also gives you the ability to control the flash power at the camera instead of going to the light, and making changes.
