I'm trying to buy a spare battery for my Nikon D7100. My normal instinct is to buy the Nikon brand product itself. However, I'm being shown a "Green Extreme EN-EL15" for a different price point.
what is the difference between both batteries? Is the other one as reliable as the nikon version?

Truthfully I would stick with Nikon brand. I find they have longer battery life than third-party.
That's what I figured. I tend to stick with the Nikon product line when it comes to their products. Thanks for your help!

That was the main thing for now. I'm a portrait photographer and ma debating whether I need to buy a tripod. I like Manfrotto when it comes to tripods. IS there a combo that you offer (tripod stand and head) for $300?

I like this better than Manfredo because I could position it wherever I wanted it.
Eleven pound capacity...would that hold, ay, my D7100 with a 70-200 2.8 lens?

It holds my 7200 with a 70 – 200 mm 2.8 lens very well.

Yes it comes with a quick release
It actually has a square on the bottom of the quick release so it can be put back in any direction unlike most that are rectangle. I really like that feature.
All right. This looks like it's an all in one, and comes in at $100 less than I wanted to spend..? It's a great deal if that's the case..

I was extremely impressed when I got mine. It is the best tripod I have ever used
